Terms of Service
Last updated: 18 September 2026
These terms apply when you order from Tapsay (“we”, “us”). This is a plain-language draft — replace the bracketed placeholders and have it reviewed before you rely on it.
How ordering works
Adding a card to your cart and paying at checkout confirms your order — payment is collected upfront via Razorpay (₹, prepaid only, no cash on delivery). We then print the card, encode the chip if you sent a payload, and ship it.
What you send us to print
You are responsible for any photo, logo, artwork, or text you send us to print or encode. By sending it, you confirm you own it or have the right to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s trademark, copyright, or likeness rights. We reserve the right to decline to print content that is unlawful, infringing, or that impersonates a brand or person without permission.
The NFC chip
Cards ship with a rewritable NFC chip — NTAG213 (144 bytes) by default, with NTAG215 (504 bytes) and NTAG216 (888 bytes) available as paid upgrades at checkout. If you choose “ready to tap”, we encode the link or contact details you provide before shipping. Chips are rewritable afterwards using an app such as NFC Tools — see our how-to guide. We are not responsible for content you or anyone else encodes onto the chip after it ships.
Shipping and refunds
See our Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of a card, the linked content it opens, or delays outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Add your state/country for governing law, e.g. Karnataka, India].
