This policy explains what Tapsay (“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website or place an order, and how it is used. It is a plain-language draft — replace the bracketed placeholders with your actual business details before publishing, and have it reviewed if you are unsure of your local requirements.

What we collect

Order details: name, phone number, email, address, city, and any print notes you type in at checkout.
Print content: any photo, logo, artwork, or link you send us to print or encode on a card.
AI design inputs: if you use the AI card designer, your prompt, any reference image you upload, and the generated artwork are sent to our AI provider to create the print face.
Payment: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles those under its own policy.
Local cart/order history: your cart and recent order history are also stored in your browser’s local storage for convenience.

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

How we use it

To print and encode the card(s) you ordered.
To contact you about your order (confirming print, encoding, shipping, and payment).
To generate an AI print face when you request one.

We do not sell your information.

Third parties

We share the minimum needed with: Razorpay, to process payment; our AI image provider, if you use the AI generator; and our courier/printing partners, to fulfil and ship your order.

Your choices

You can clear your cart and local order history any time from your browser settings.
You can ask us to delete your order information by contacting us below.
